Book Fair shopping begins next week! We always have students who are unable to purchase a book due to lack of funding. We are trying to minimize the number of students who miss out. If you are able and willing to contribute to our "Student In Need" Ewallet, please click below!

The book fair has arrived and is currently being set up! You should receive a flyer and informational letter home sometime this week. Students will come for a book fair preview (no buying) on Friday.

Buying options begin on Monday! Monday night is Friends & Family Night from 3:00-6:00. Kona Ice will be out front selling their delicious treats that evening as well.

We are celebrating Mrs. Ellington this week for Principal's Appreciation Month. There's a lot of pink around the building today because her favorite color is PINK! Tomorrow, students are encouraged to dress like a principal. Also today we have a recap of Fall Festival and the Fire Station field for kindergarten!

We are over half way through the month of October...wow! So far MCPS has raised $130. We need to raise $250 (by Oct. 31st) in order to receive a banner for the recognition. The YMCA and Marathon Kids are partnering with local schools to keep kids moving, building confidence, and celebrating every mile. Don’t miss out — sign-ups close this Friday, October 10th! Practices kick off Thursday, October 16th and will be held at the MCPS on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:45p.m. This is a fun program open to our female students — no experience needed!
